Jimmy Dodson, 55, of Fort Smith, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2017. He was born March 29, 1962 in Fort Smith. He was an oilfield worker for Ross Exploration in Fort Smith, was an avid hunter and fisherman, and a member of the NRA.

He is survived by his wife, Sherry Dodson of the home; three sons, Alfred Yutterman of Van Buren, Kelly Yutterman of Rocky Ford, CO, and Jeff Dodson of Houston, PA; his mother, Darcie David of Van Buren; two sisters, Pam Yutterman of Van Buren, and Michelle Cole of Branson, MO;...

He is survived by his wife, Sherry Dodson of the home; three sons, Alfred Yutterman of Van Buren, Kelly Yutterman of Rocky Ford, CO, and Jeff Dodson of Houston, PA; his mother, Darcie David of Van Buren; two sisters, Pam Yutterman of Van Buren, and Michelle Cole of Branson, MO; two brothers, Steven Sharum of Cedarville, and Travis Dodson of Van Buren; nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Mount McCurry Cemetery in Rudy, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.

Pallbearers will be Justin Yutterman, Lucas Yutterman, Carl Speaks, and Terry Riley.

The family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, November 13, 2017, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
